All purchases are non-refundable. Payment credit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another session, class or service with Vila Loukas within 12 months of the time of payment. The sessions and classes included in a package purchase must be completed within 12 months of the time of purchase. All individual sessions and classes will be scheduled directly with Vila at an agreed upon time that suits the clients schedule. Any changes required in schedule will be negotiated and confirmed via email.
